Leadership
is lonely.

The herd changes that.

A day of equine-guided leadership work in the Texas Hill Country. No horse experience required. No riding involved. Just presence, growth, and connection.

This is for you if you’re ready to find your herd.

The more responsibility you carry, the smaller the circle of people you can be fully honest with. You’re expected to make the hard calls, hold the uncertainty, and keep showing up steady — often without anyone who truly understands what that costs.

Even the strongest leaders need somewhere to set that down. A herd of women who’ll think out loud with you, challenge you kindly, and remind you that what you’re carrying is real — and you’re not carrying it alone.

You’re the only woman on your leadership team.
You’re the one making the calls that affect everyone else.
You’re wearing more hats than anyone around you realizes.
You want real relationships, not a bigger LinkedIn network.
You’re looking for women who’ll challenge you and champion you in the same breath.

A day to think, grow, and connect.

Something shifts when a group of women leaders gathers at the ranch. The usual guardedness softens. Conversation gets real. By the end of the day, inspiration has turned into something you can actually carry back to your work and your life.

Equine-Guided Leadership Work

No horse experience required, and no riding involved — this is ground-based work with Cuatro, Charlotte, and Panda, the horses who call Horse + Bow home. Horses respond to presence, not title, which tends to open the most honest conversation of the day.

Inspirational Talks

Real stories from women who’ve led through the hard parts — not polished keynotes, but honest accounts of what it actually takes, what they wish someone had told them, and what became possible on the other side.

Deep Conversation Circles

Small groups, intentional questions, and the kind of conversation that rarely happens in daily life. Say the thing you’ve been holding. Hear from women who get it. Leave with clarity you didn’t walk in with.

Collaboration & Mentoring

Structured time built around what you’re working on and what you need, so the right person in the room can find you. Some women leave with a collaborator. Some leave with a mentor. Some leave with both.

Horse + Bow
Texas Hill Country

Fifty acres of Hill Country pasture, thirty minutes from Austin — an intentionally beautiful place to step away from the noise of work, think differently, and be around women who understand both the weight and the reward of leading.

This isn’t a conference or a networking mixer. It’s a small, carefully curated gathering — and the mini donkeys Peanut and Casper are very likely to make an appearance.

Women gathered with horses at Horse + Bow, Texas Hill Country

Before Horse + Bow, there was OverCoffee.

Kristine Palmer co-founded OverCoffee Consulting with Paola Camacho years before Horse + Bow existed. Of everything they’ve built since, it’s the partnership itself they’re proudest of — not for the results, but for how they show up for each other inside it.

That kind of support — women backing women, without ego, without competition — is rare. It’s also exactly what this day is about. The Leadership Field Experience is OverCoffee Consulting’s invitation, hosted at Horse + Bow, for other female leaders to discover that same kind of partnership for themselves.

We have a feeling this is only the beginning — and we’d love for you to be part of it from the very start.

Bring a Friend

Two seats for $297 — better together.

Know a woman who’s ready for a day like this? A colleague carrying more than she lets on, someone due for a room full of people who get it — bring her along for less than two singles.

A few things you might be wondering.

What exactly is the equine-guided work?

No horse experience required, and no riding involved. This is ground-based, fully facilitated work with Cuatro, Charlotte, and Panda — horses respond to energy and presence, not skill level, which tends to open up the most honest conversations of the day.

What do the collaboration and mentoring activities look like?

Think structured conversations, not forced networking. Activities are designed to help you share what you’re building, what you’re stuck on, and what you’re looking for — so the right people in the room can find each other naturally. Some women leave with a collaborator. Some leave with a mentor. Some leave with both.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in — you’ll be outdoors for part of the day. Closed-toe shoes or boots recommended. Full details sent after registration.

Is lunch included?

Yes — a working lunch is part of the day. Dietary restrictions can be noted after you register.

What’s the February summit you mentioned?

September 18 is the first gathering. February 2027 takes it further — a multi-day women’s summit at a destination chosen by this community. Attendees from this day get first access when registration opens.

What’s your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to send another woman in your place. Reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
