No prior horse experience is needed. Our work takes place primarily on the ground so participants can connect through observation, presence, and nonverbal communication. Horses provide honest, immediate feedback that increases self-awareness and helps individuals understand how their energy and leadership style impact others. Archery reinforces these lessons through focus, breath, and calm intention.
